Instructions for returning goods


Returning a package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Nekali is NOT responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are your responsibility.

Transport damage

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please contact immediately Nekali to report this.

Unclaimed packages

Nekali sends the parcel with DPD which will send you an email when the parcel will be ready to be delivered. If you cannot receive it in proposed time by DPD, you can directly see with them for choosing the day and the place for the delivery.

For any package not recovered within 7 calendar days, Nekali reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
